Atwood Board of Directors
GOVERNING BOARD
As representatives of the community, the Board of Directors determines the mission and goals of the Goodman Community Center
based on a year-long evaluation and long-range planning process. The staff carries this mission forward and fulfills the goals through its various programs described in this guide. Atwood Community Center is a non-profit
organization.

The members of the Goodman Community Center Board of Directors became the legal governing board for the Center on January 1, 1999. Because the board is now a legal governing entity, it elects its own members. The Board meets every fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Atwood Youth Building. All meetings are open to the public. Agendas and minutes are posted at the Center.
