Sunday Intermediate Flow Yoga 9-10 a.m.
Enhance flexibility, balance, and strength in this mindful practice. Sequences build from a gentle to intermediate pace. Honor your individual practice, while connecting your breath to movement. Classes will include brief moments of meditation and breathing exercises, deepening your awareness of the body-mind connection, cultivating mental stillness and clarity, and always ending with a deeply restorative Savasana. There is a $5 drop-in fee.
