Sunday Slow Flow Yoga 9-10 a.m.
Slow Flow is an all-levels class founded in the principles of Vinyasa. In this class, we will flow through the postures as we link movement and breath. Poses will be held longer than in a traditional Vinyasa class, giving time to explore posture, alignment and modifications. Please bring your own props if needed.
Sarah Alt discovered yoga while experiencing chronic pain and recurring injuries due to years of running. A few years later, with a consistent practice, yoga has been and continues to be transformational on a physical and mental level. Sarah chose to pursue her yoga teacher certification so she could share and teach the restoring aspects of yoga to others.
