community center facility
We hope you’ll take a look at all our plans. They are a product of much research, many meetings and lots of thoughtful planning. When we set out to find a new home for all our programs, we had one goal — where in our neighborhood could we house all our programs under one roof? You can imagine that in any urban neighborhood, this would be a challenge. This site did not start out as our first choice, but it slowly became the clear and obvious choice, offering green space, lots of room for our programs, and the possibility of creating an exceptional place for our community to gather.
We never imagined we’d be taking on a project of this scope, but we are so grateful our neighbors and the wider community shares our vision. There is a proverb that says “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” We’re discovering that where there is a big vision, people thrive.
