Early Childhood Education
Recognizing the important role early childhood education plays in a child’s life, the Goodman Community Center's preschool programming is committed to providing a high quality experience for the entire family. Using play-based approach to learning, teachers will support children as they explore the world around them. Child-initiated play as well as intentionally-designed activities will be provided in a mixed age classroom environment.
Teachers will help children develop social and emotional life skills while establishing meaningful relationships with the child and their family. As nurturing relationships are fostered, the child will continue to develop skills to be successful in five-year old kindergarten.
Although our early childhood education classrooms are combined, there are distinct enrollment requirements for preschool and 4K. Please read below to learn more about our programs and how to enroll.
