We are delighted to announce that Noah Salata has joined our staff at Goodman as our new Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Engagement.

Noah has been a long-time GCC supporter and was a member of our Board of Directors. He brings not only a deep love of Goodman’s community and mission but a nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing us in the months and years to come. Letesha says "I’ve been impressed with Noah’s energy and expertise in the years we’ve worked together, and I’m thrilled to now be able to access them full time!"

Noah comes to Goodman from the American Family Insurance Dreams Foundation where he was the senior community and social impact specialist for grantmaking and community engagement. In support of a better philanthropic ecosystem, he also serves as a member of the Advisory Board at the University of Wisconsin’s Center for Community and Nonprofit Studies and on the board of directors for the Center for Community Stewardship and the CEOs of Tomorrow. Noah has undergraduate degrees in Communications and English and received his MBA in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.

We are excited for Noah to bring his experience with and commitment to community-centric giving to both Goodman’s programs and our community of donors and partners. He has a career-long focus on using philanthropy and grantmaking to contribute to healthier, more connected communities. Noah also has deep roots in the Madison community. He lives on the isthmus, not too far from Goodman, with his family, including his wife and three children.
