Goodman Community Center | Girls Inc. at the Goodman Center

Integrating Girls Inc. programming into our everyday.

Our dedicated team incorporates Girls Inc. activities into our elementary, middle and high school programs. Girls engage in age-appropriate activities that help them become strong, smart and bold!

Goodman Girls Inc. participants take trips to fun and enriching places in the greater Madison area, engage in acts of community service, take cooking classes, attend dance classes, and go biking, hiking and more, all while celebrating being girls! Girls can attend Goodman's entire after-school program or just come for Girls Inc. Most of our meetings are during the week, but occasionally we plan fun weekend and evening events.

“I like Girls Inc. because we don't judge one another by race, color, weight or who we are or who we want to be.”

Middle School

Goodman's Girls Inc. teen programming meets twice a week during after school program hours in a pro-girl environment.

Current 7th and 8th graders (rising 8th and 9th) are eligible for Girls Inc. of Greater Madison's newest program: Eureka! Applications are open for 2024's pilot summer camp. Learn more and apply. Applications due April 30.
