This yoga class is for all-levels, founded on the principles of Vinyasa. Modifications are offered for every pose making it approachable for beginners and challenging for advanced yogis. In this class, you will flow through postures linking movement and breath. The end of class is composed of restorative postures and guided meditation. Please bring your own mat and props (if needed.)

About the Instructor
Alison Zuba is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT). She studied therapeutic yoga practices most recently, and offers supportive options for getting into and out of yoga postures. Once we find a solid base in our physical structure, we can flow with more ease in our practice. Join her for connection practices that seamlessly link body, breath, and mind.
