This yoga class is for all-levels, founded on the principles of Vinyasa. Modifications are offered for every pose making it approachable for beginners and challenging for advanced yogis. In this class, you will flow through postures linking movement and breath. The end of class is composed of restorative postures and guided meditation. Please bring your own mat and props (if needed.)

About the Instructor:
Ali Zuba is a Yoga Therapist in training with the International SomaYoga Institute at Yoga North in Duluth, MN. She is a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and started her studies in 2016 with Alex Pfeiffer at The Studio in Madison.
Ali believes that daily practice on and off the mat shapes our unique awareness of our authentic self and benefits our health and wellness on many layers.
