This yoga class is for all-levels, founded on the principles of Vinyasa. Modifications are offered for every pose making it approachable for beginners and challenging for advanced yogis. In this class, you will flow through postures linking movement and breath. The end of class is composed of restorative postures and guided meditation. Please bring your own mat and props (if needed.)

About Ann: Ann is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) after completing teacher training through Perennial Yoga School in Madison in January of 2023. As a teacher and student, Ann continues to expand her understanding and practice of yoga on and off the mat, finding ways to teach that inspires students to do the same. Ann uses creative movement and yoga to help students strengthen body intuition, flow, and balance. She believes that yoga is an opportunity to return, to remember, and to reconnect deeply with ourselves.
