Fitness Yoga Classes
All Levels Yoga with Kelsey (Sundays)
Weekly on Sunday
9AM–10AM
This yoga class is for all-levels, founded on the principles of Vinyasa. Modifications are offered for every pose making it approachable for beginners and challenging for advanced yogis. In this class, you will flow through postures linking movement and breath. The end of class is composed of restorative postures and guided meditation. Please bring your own mat and props (if needed.)

About the Instructor

When Kelsey isn’t teaching yoga, you can find her at her day job where she works as a Teaching Faculty member in the Educational Policy Studies department at UW-Madison.
