The Goodman Center fitness team offers a variety of group classes that are inclusive, accessible and fun.
A class that uses barbell weights to get you lean, fit and strong. This class is led by an instructor who coaches how to functionally use barbell lifts such as squats, rows, presses, curls and triceps extensions, focusing on quality, technique and safety. You choose the weight of the barbell, light, medium or heavy.
