Easy Yoga Plus for Older Adults

Weekly on Wednesday and Friday

10AM–11AM

Easy Yoga Plus classes are held multiple days a week. Drop in on one or all weekly sessions.

  • Wednesdays, 10:00AM–11:00AM
  • Fridays, 10:00AM–11:00AM

Experience the benefits of yoga such as: increased energy level, decreased joint stiffness and improved circulation.

This yoga program was created by instructor Ellen Millar, RYT, CCYT, after she trained at Duke University. Ellen is a certified yoga instructor, and has a passion for bringing yoga to individuals regardless of physical ability.
