The Goodman Center fitness team offers a variety of group classes that are inclusive, accessible and fun.
A class that uses barbell weights to get you lean, fit and strong. This class is led by an instructor who coaches how to functionally use weights, focusing on quality, technique and safety. You choose your intensity, light, medium or heavy.
