TRX Suspension classes are held multiple days a week. Drop in on one or all weekly sessions.
- Mondays, 6:25PM–7:10PM
- Tuesdays, 5:00PM–5:45PM
- Thursdays, 5:00PM–5:45PM
- Fridays, 6:00AM–6:45AM
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises that help develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX suspension trainer tool uses the leverage of gravity and body weight to complete the movement of exercises. This class is for all levels, beginner to advanced. All exercise can be modified to accommodate your physical needs.
