The Lussier Fitness Center at the Goodman Community Center aims to serve our community in their health and wellness journey. The fitness center is open to all community members on a drop-in or membership basis (learn more about these options below).
Monday through Thursday, 5am – 9pm
Friday, 5am – 8pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am – 6pm
Annual memberships starting at $225, with discounts for older adults. Our fitness center is open to drop-ins, at $5 per session or class.
Maximum capacity of the facility: 15 people.
Masks are recommended but not required.
Members are asked to maintain 6 feet of distance between each other.
Machines must be sanitized after each use.

*Fitness membership including classes does not include third-party classes taught by non-Goodman instructors, such as yoga. The Lussier Fitness Center does not provide towels, locks, headphones or toiletries.
Group Fitness Classes
The Lussier Fitness Center is excited to host group fitness classes for our community. All fitness levels and abilities welcomed!
Our group classes are designed for all levels, beginner to advanced, in a dynamic group setting. Exercise can be modified to accommodate your physical needs. Click the link below to learn more about individual classes offered.
Classes can be included in your fitness center membership ("with classes" membership) or can be frequented per class for a fee of $5 for adults (17+) and $4 for older adults (55+).
Offerings include Barbell Strength, Zumba, Body Boot Camp, TRX Suspension, Boxing, and Mindfulness Meditation.
You'll receive a membership key fob or card that will give you access to the fitness center door. Members must check into the Fitness Center using their membership key card. If you have any trouble, please visit the Front Desk of Ironworks for assistance.
If you’ve lost your access card or fob, these can be replaced. There will be a $5 charge and it will take some time to replace. Don’t let that stop you from visiting — during staffed hours there will be someone to check you in.
Drinking fountains will be on for filling bottles only. Please bring your own water bottle.
Sanitizing wipes are on offer for wiping down machines. Towels are not.
Please bring your own sweat towel.
Please, only clean work out shoes in the LFC. Plastic bags are available at the entrance for street/dirty shoes.
All personal belongings and fitness bags are to be stored in lockers, but must not remain overnight. You must provide your own lock.
Lussier Fitness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All lost and found items are donated after 30 days.
Food and alcohol is not allowed in the Fitness Center
Children age 15 and under are not allowed in the Fitness Center.
Members are not permitted to let non-members gain access to the Fitness Center. Members will be subject to cancellation if this rule is violated.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior and/or destruction of the facility will not be tolerated. Members/parents/guardians will be contacted if problems arise. Instances may result in suspension or permanent loss of membership.
