The Human Resources Manager plays a vital role in delivering Goodman Community Center’s commitment to creating and maintaining a work community that respects and values diverse life experiences. This role helps drive the implementation of programs and best practices that will attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce and volunteer base as well as cultivate an environment of inclusion across programs at GCC.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to on-boarding, recruitment, payroll, staff development, and adherence to HR policies and practices. The role is also responsible for helping to maintain focus on diversity and inclusion in all appropriate policies and procedures.
