Monday Vinyasa Yoga 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Increase strength and flexibility while linking movement to breath with Vinyasa Yoga. Classes include fluid sequences, in which one posture flows directly into the next, as well as longer poses and exercises to focus the mind and control the breath.
The drop-in fee for classes is $5 for the general public and $4 for Goodman Community Center fitness center members. Attendees should pay at Goodman’s front desk prior to the start of each class.
Jeremiah Zuba is a meditation guide, yoga instructor, and social justice- oriented mindfulness artist. He works full time writing, developing, and teaching curriculum for Breath for Change, a movement of educators committed to using meditation, yoga, and wellness as vehicles for social change. Jeremiah is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyBODY. He teaches all levels yoga classes that incorporate mind, body, and breathing techniques while sharing yogic philosophy with his students.
