Sunday Slow Flow Yoga 9-10 a.m.
Slow Flow Yoga is an all-levels class founded in the principles of Vinyasa. In this class, we will flow through the postures as we link movement and breath. Poses will be held longer than in a traditional Vinyasa class, giving time to explore posture, alignment and modifications. Feel free to bring props if needed.

Alisa Magennis is passionate about teaching the community how to utilize yoga to live a more mindful and fulfilling life. While practicing yoga, I built up a strong desire to find out why it felt so good to be on my mat. She enrolled in a 200 hour vinyasa flow training in Costa Rica to find out. The training taught her that the beauty of yoga comes from dropping all expectations of “the perfect pose” and instead focusing on yoga as a tool, a philosophy, and ultimately a lifestyle to help us reach our highest selves. It is the relationship between our body and our mind through breath. Alisa helps others find this connection, so that they can more confidently find their path of mindfulness and become their highest self.
