Join Sarah Moore M.D., a holistic psychiatrist and therapist, practicing meditation for 20 years and teaching for 11 years for a guided meditation class. Donations for the teachings are appreciated but not necessary. Sarah is excited to share a highly beneficial and restorative relaxation practice. All are welcome!

The more at ease you are during this practice, the more relaxing it is.Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably lying down or seated, this systematic meditation takes you through the five layers of self, leaving you with a sense of wholeness. No longer do you have to dread spending hours sitting on the floor waiting for liberation!
