Throughout the year, there are often opportunities to work full-time, part-time, or even a variable schedule (like our bartenders, who sign up for the shifts they would like to work). Staff interact and collaborate frequently both inside and outside of their own departments. Goodman also has an annual budget dedicated to staff professional development. We encourage employees to further themselves through education, training and other opportunities in pursuit of their own growth.
For all employees, we offer free onsite childcare (pending availability), free access to our onsite fitness center, holiday pay, an employee assistance program (EAP), discounted room rentals and we have quarterly all-staff meetings for us to gather and learn about what is going on at the Center. Plus, we have voluntary lunchtime pickle ball games, plenty of potlucks, staff parties and many other occasions that we celebrate.
Depending upon the number of hours, you may be eligible for a variety of the benefits we offer to our employees.
