A changing of the seasons means a changing of menus for our Program Kitchen! Months of work go into the spring/summer and fall/winter seven-week menu rotations, which serve as the base menus for all Goodman programs (children/youth, older adult and Meals on Wheels). Arranging the puzzle pieces of recipes, requirements and dietary preferences of program participants both old and young is certainly quite the project.
Our kitchen staff are excited to debut a few new items as a part of the upcoming rotation, including chickpea curry, Cajun chicken pasta and arroz con pollo. Our participants are very fortunate to have such amazing food served to them every day!
