Submitting your ad

Prepare your ad to look good in print

Following these guidelines will ensure that your ad will print with the fonts you choose and will print your images or artwork clearly. Ads must be submitted at the exact dimensions.

Please email your ad as a print-quality PDF or jpeg to Dave Link at ESNads@goodmancenter.org. The paper prints at 300dpi. Fonts and images must be embedded. Note: small text in reverse (white) on a color background may cause problems with the registration on the printing press, which may result in blurry text. Submit your ad in the exact dimensions reserved. We will notify you if your ad is not to size for correction. Color ads should be created in CMYK color.

Want help creating your ad?

If you are unable to create an ad to these specifications because it's outside of your area of expertise or you don't know anyone who can help you, our professional designer can create an ad for you. We charge $40/hour and would typically be able to create a simple ad within an hour. There is a minimum $20 fee. If you need help creating your ad, please talk with us when you confirm your ad space.
