Pop Up Dinners

Enjoy a 3-course meal planned, prepped and served by Morris Ramen Chef Francesca Hong, Chef Molly Maciejewski of Madison Sourdough along with Goodman TEENworks youth in the new Brassworks building. This Pop Up Dinner supports the Goodman Community Center's TEENworks teen employment program.
First course — Kimchi Tartine with scallion cream cheese, cucumber, microgreens
Second course — Braised Pork Belly OR Fried Tofu with chilled sesame noodles, smoked carrots, radishes
Third course — Black Sesame Rice Crispie Treat with toasted sesame seeds, togarashi
There are two seatings for the dinner — 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Depending on which seating you choose, please arrive at the seating time and you will be directed to your table shortly there after.
