Body Boot Camp (Morning - multiple sessions)

6AM–8:45AM
The Goodman Center fitness team offers a variety of group classes that are inclusive, accessible and fun.
Interval training class that uses calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Workouts are designed to challenge individuals physically and mentally, promote camaraderie with other participants, and build teamwork skills to complete challenges. This class is open to all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. All exercise can be modified to accommodate your physical needs.
There is a 15-minute break between each morning session.
