Learn more about our older adult program's Let’s Cook Together program and try a new recipe! UW Medical Students will demonstrate how to make various Quinoa (Keen-wha) bowls. Quinoa is a whole grain that is packed with protein and fiber and is a great ingredient that can also serve as a rice substitute.
