Zumba Dance Fitness classes are held multiple days a week. Drop in on one or all weekly sessions.

Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Based on Latin American dance rhythms, this class is as fun as it is effective.
